We pride ourselves on making deliveries simple and hassle-free. You can select your preferred shipping method from several options when you check out. High volume of purchases and holiday seasons may delay processing. You will always be able to track the status of your order from your account.

 

Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping options: All orders are shipped together unless items are on back order, then the partials will be shipped after payment in full.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors. The considerations include the nature of the item, weight, size, distance, and so on. You may also be liable to pay taxes on your shipping as per applicable regulations. Our delivery partners always try to deliver your items and will attempt 3 times before returning the package to Dirty Rank Designs. If we receive notification that the package was undeliverable, customer service will contact you for an updated delivery option.

 

International Shipping:

International shipping may attract additional fees and taxes. The customer is liable to pay any additional fees and taxes for international shipping to ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery.

Expected Delivery Time:

Expected delivery times are displayed on the product page and estimated once shipping is calculated. Choosing different shipping options may impact on the delivery time.You can also view the expected delivery time when you pay for your order and check out. However, high volume may impact shipping times and cause delays, especially during the holiday season.

Exchanges:

Our team is happy to entertain exchanges if the product is damaged or wrong size. This excludes all personalized items. Products must have original tags attached and placed in original packaging when shipped back for exchanges.

Exchange requests need to be generated by contacting our team directly through email at: dirtyrankdesigns@icloud.com. Please allow 24 to 48-hour response time.

 

Returns:

We are glad to help you return your product if it turns out to be damaged or the wrong size was ordered.

 

Follow the steps below to file a return request:

Customers will have 30 days to return items from the date of delivery.

You can return or exchange your item for free if it is damaged. In other cases, you may need to pay for the shipping charges at the discretion of reason for return. Additionally, shipment of exchanged or returned items depends on the availability of the product requested and time frame to process returns and exchanges.

Our team holds the ultimate right to decide whether to entertain your return or exchange request. We shall convey our decision and the cause regardless with respect and satisfaction to the customer. Moreover, our return policy is valid for 30 days of receiving your delivery.
